Chocolate tempering machine is an indispensable equipment in the
chocolate production line. It controls the chocolate temperature
automatically to make sure the quality of chocolate.
Designed according to the characteristics of the natural cocoa
butter and cocoa butter equivalent.
In vertical structure, the liquid chocolate is fed from the bottom
of the machine by the chocolate pump at rated temperature, passing
through four temperature-adjusting zone and one temperature-holding
zone, then coming out from the top of the machine. After this
process, the chocolate product will be well crystallized with good
taste, nice color and longer shelf life.
