DMH machining center is advanced in technology in China. It can be
widely applied for the precessing parts of motors, moulds, and
machines. Milling, boring, drilling, companding,hinging can be
accoplished at one time.
1)Working with high precision--- hollow cooling system in X,Y,Z helps
to solve the problem of over heating and deformation,thus,
precision is improved. Heating compensation function controlled by
CNC system also realized high precision.
2)Working with high speed. The spindle is motorized, and the maximum
speed can reach 12000rmp. Besides, two speed transmissons enable it
to precess rapidly while cutting at a lower speed at the same time.
X,Y,Z adopts linear guideway, so the maximum speed can reach
60m/min. one can accomplish tool chaning in 2 seconds. These
parameters are advanced in the world wide.
3)Working with high rigidity. The main of body of tool is a whole
casting of Crystrip and hyperphosphate, with pillar, sliding table,
work bench working above it. Pallet changer and knife maniputor
fixed on the bench guarantees the high rigidity. Finite element
analysis is used to design a more fine structure.
