    NO.2 Equipment craft explanation

    The high-speed automatic bottom-sealed machine group, which is mainly made of TU8404 tuber and BO9013 bottomed, belongs to a high-technology automatic production line. Making use of the integrative production referring to electricity, gas, and machine, most of production processes are automatically completely by PLC electric control system.

    N.2-1 Production Process of Tuber

    Mill roll stand ,automatic print, layer separation, automatic paper unwind, auxiliary traction, perforation, cross dotting glue, longitude dotting glue, tuber forming, perforation ,cutting-off ,separated delivery, counting and bag collection.


    The Detailed Description of Tuber

    N.2-1-1Printing:

    The brand printing will be operation in line with the whole machine. it can be printed by heliotype and pitch. This machine has those functions as follows:

    N.2-1-1.1:Automatic separation: while stopping operation, the printing roller will automatically raised by cylinder to separate with paper-passed roller, in order to prevent stick between printing roller and paper. However, the printing roller will automatic operate when opening-up the machine.

    N.2-1-1.2:Automatic paddled ink: when temporarily stopping operation, the correspondence motor drive opened automatically.

    N.2-1-1.3:Adjustable position of printing board: it can be reset as the cross and longitude adjustment when the printing position is not appropriate.


    N.2-1-2 Mill rolls stand:

    The machine is equipped with four groups of standard main paper roll stands.


    N.2-1-3 Auxiliary traction:

    This adjustable drive aligning make this part operate and change paper direction toward S shape in order to make the paper go smoothly. The glue surface can control automatically to assure the ink sufficiently.

    N.2-1-6 Tube forming:

    After gluing, each layer of paper roller enters into feed roll, through the forming board into the round shape. With the function of sealing the board and pole, the tuber will be stickled.

    N.2-2-1 High speed feeder:

    N.2-2-4 Opening the sacks

    This equipment is opened by two ends of the vacuum open-sucked pipe undraped in parallel motion. The extended implement rotates and insert the opened tuber to spread the creasing line with triangle .after planishing to delivery, according to the bottom-sealed width, the vacuum open-sucked implement and extended implement can be adjustable for the specification.     N.2-2-5 Sticking valve sheet

    The paper in the paper roll is guided in the right position, cutting and gluing, at the same time, the operation speed is in the line with the production process of the opening bag, electric control system and inspection .if the valve sheet do not stick in the bottom bag, the control system dictates to cut off the paper sheet, the machine will eliminate the inadequate paper bag without gluing.

    N.2-2-6 Auto gluing

    Before the final forming of the sack bottom and,there will be two times to glue:

    N.2-2-6.1 Glue in the valve sheet

    N.2-2-6.2 In the process of the cross glue, the electric control system indicates the setting programmable program to operate.

    N.2-2-7 Sack forming

    After the delivery of the paper sack into the forming section, the control over the sacks are maintained by our full auto belt transfer system allowing high production speeds throughout the forming process. All parts of this process are fully guarded for safety but are accessible for maintained and setting of different paper bag sizes.

    N.2-2-8 Turning of sack bottom
