As one of our most popular hit products, HZ-Al12 eliminates the
need for a separate fluxing operation, which can result in a
significant increase in productivity while minimizing flux exposure
to your personnel and plant equipment. HZ-Al12 is different from
other common aluminum filler metal, which needs argon welding.
Unlike ER4047 aluminum brazing wire requiring flux, our HZ-Al12
wire could work directly in flame brazing or induction welding.
Because of self fluxing, flux and relative operations are not
needed. Precise set proportion has avoided many problems provoked
by adding flux when traditional manual welding applied. It improves
welding quality, simplifies operation, increases producing rate,
and realizes automation manufacturing. It needs no wash after
welding, and has an advantage of little harm to base metal. The
demanded amount from our custom is very large. We could make it in
rod and ring sharp for easy operation to meet our custom
Chemical Compositions(%): Si, Al, rare earth, fluoaluminate(flux).

HZ-Al12 will join 1100, 3000 and 6000 series of aluminum with
torch, induction or atmospheric furnaces. HZ-Al12 is available with
additional brazing alloy in the form of a fine diameter wire inside
the core. This reduces the percentage of flux and increases the
volume of alloy, which can be advantageous in some furnace brazing
1. Sand the welding position and work piece ( oil, rust and oxide
must be cleaned away).
2. Heat welding position evenly by moving welding torch.
3. When temperature reaches 570℃, flux cored rod should be added.
Then rod melts, and make it flow into the joint evenly.
4. When the welding seam full, move torch away.
5. Cool down.
