12.5-127mm Marine Anchor Chain --Stud / Studless with ABS , CCS, BV , ISO-1704

Chain is used to connect anchor and ship, normally supplied in Grade U2 & U3.Originally studs were added to the chain to stiffen the links preventing them from severely deforming when overloaded.

Moreover, It prevents the chain from knotting up when twisted, thus avoiding problems when chain is retrieved with a windlass.
