    Application:

    Usually for big diameter and thicker pipe, after welding, the pipe will be not straight and round, it will effact two pipes joint together, therefore, with this straightening and rounding machine, it can press the pipe to straightening and roundess. So our machines are used in petroleum chemical equipment pipe ,gas reserve facilities maintenance pipe; municipal engineering tube; electrical instrumentation and automation engineering pipe; fire protection engineering tube; anti-corrosion insulation engineering pipe; environmental engineering tube; pressure vessel pipe, pipeline maintenance tube; cleaning service pipe; petroleum chemical industry.


    I Steel pipe semi automatic straightening round machine technical parameters:

    1 steel pipe plate thickness is from 10mm to 32mm.

    2 Max straightening length is 2~12 meters, diameter: 500mm~1000mm.

    3 maximum pressure: 600 tons.

    4 advantages of this equipment is: minimize the crane using time; the straightening and rounding completed in one machine; the roller on the machine can adjust pipe circumferential position, high efficiency and labor saving.


    II: The whole machine working principle and composition:

    1 working process description:

    1.1 steel pipe straightening

    A. Mount upper round tooling on the upper pressure head.

    B. Lift the pipe on the two trolleys, trolley are located in the two ends of the pipe.

    C. When the pipe middle part is under the up press cylinder, start the cylinder to straighten the pipe. And there is turning roller to adjust pipe circumferential direction.

    1.2 steel pipe rounding

    A. Put the pipe on the trolley and lifting roller

    B. Mount upper round tooling on the upper press head, and put the bottom round tooling on the bottom press beam.

    C. running the trolley, so that the pipe end is located in the press head, start up the press cylinder to round the pipe. And move forward the pipe to round the next part of pipe, according to this way to round the whole pipe.

    2 main components of equipment

    A. main frame: Gantry type structure and the two sides’ column are made in thick rectangular steel tube and plate. On the up press beam, we install an upper press cylinder. At the bottom of this cylinder, there is a mounting base, which is used to connect the upper press tooling.

    B. Forward and backward beam is welded structure, and we weld rectangle rail on them, used for trolley running. And in the beam, we weld two sets of turning rollers, and turning rollers are driven by cylinder to move front and back, and turning rollers rotation adopts hydraulic motor driven.

    C. on the beam, there are two sets of trolleys, one trolley is passive trolley, and the other one for the power trolley, on the trolley, there are motor, speed reducer, and chain wheel. The trolley through the chain transmission beam realizes running forward and backward.

    D. on the two sides of bottom press beam, there are two cylinders driving roller device, to make the pipe out from bottom tooling after rounding the pipe. At the bottom press beam, there is bottom tooling mounting base, driven by cylinder, easy to replace the tooling.

    E. hydraulic system: hydraulic pump is placed near the frame, is composed of motor, pump, valve, pressure display, piping and other components, oil pump with high pressure plunger pump, relief valve with electromagnetic relief valve to control the oil temperature. Valve chooses a stack of valves, with a simple structure, easy maintenance. To control the hydraulic oil temperature, the electric heater and the air cooler are arranged on the fuel tank.

    F. Electrical control system: the trolley driving uses the frequency conversion motor to control speed. All solenoid valves are used in the DC 24V of the electromagnet. In order to ensure the reliability of electrical control, all the electrical components are used in the famous brand products.

    Pipe making process:


    1. Breach machine

    What kind of breach machine we need is according to the quality of custom’s product making. Finally we can recommend an economic and useful one to suit you well then. What you see below picture is about breaches for two sides for good next welding.


    2. pre-bending machine

    We need to get working piece pre-bend at two ends of plate as the following picture for making a good pipe. Obviously there are two ways to make it. One is pre-bending machine and the other is press bake machine itself, but we don’t recommend the last way for the big work piece for long time use. Because of big work piece and big lateral force, it’s obviously easily to damage the machine.

    For example, The following pipe finally made you see is without pre-bending. I don’t think it is the right pipe you want. So pre-bending is important to the pipe and what kind of machine is used for pre-bending is important as well. It does have relationships to pre-bending quality, work efficiency and so on.


    3. CNC press brake machine

    We need a press brake machine to finish this kind of pipe. Of course, besides round-shape pipe, it also can make polygon pipe and bend for any other angles as well. Obviously we will make this pipe with many bending times. The size of seam is according to the thickness of upper tooling holder. Thinner of upper tooling holder and smaller seam.


    4. Automatic Closing and Welding Machine

    We need this kind of machine to get seam close and welding. See as following picture.

    Gas shielded arc welding is at the bottom of outside seam first to prevent seam opening. We don’t need to remove it any more. Because it is different from submerged welding, no Submerged arc welding flux drops.


    5. Pipe inside Welding Machine


    We need this kind of machine to weld the seam with Submerged welding inside pipe. The machine is consist of welding trolley, welding system, mechanic device, welding grounding device, inside welding monitor system, welding flux feeding and recycle device, and control system. Adopt trolley to move pipe, the welding gun fixed type.

    6. Pipe outside Welding Machine
