    Working Principle:

    Operation and Maintenance
    • When circular vibrating screen cannot be started or in a low amplitude, reasons are the following:
      1. Motor is damaged.
      2. Electric components controlling the circuit are damaged.
      3. Low voltage.
      4. Too many waste sundries on screen cloth.
      5. Vibration exciting goes wrong.
      6. Lubricating grease is agglomeration.
    • Reasons of abnormal flow of materials are the following:
      1. Machine body is instability as the stiffness of screen box is not enough.
      2. Circular vibrating screen screen box is horizontal deflection.
      3. Support springs are deformation or damaged.
      4. Screen cloth is damaged.
      5. Unbalanced feeding.
      6. Beam is fracture.
    • When rotating speed of screen slows down and bearings are heating, follow the below methods:
      1. Check the volume of lubricating grease in main bearing hole.
      2. Inspect whether there is blocking of bearings. Clean up in time and replace the sealing components.
      3. Check the oil in bearings.
      4. Check whether bearings are damaged or poor installation.
      5. Eccentric block on the wheel falls off, or sizes of eccentric blocks are different.

      1. Bearing of vibration exciting.
      2. Fastening bolts.
      3. The beam.
      4. Support springs.
    Maintenance Notes
    • Always keep the circular vibrating screen working in a clean and sanitary environment.
    • The bearing on both ends of the motor should be lubricated with anti- high temperature lubricating grease, in the first month, please lubricate once a week.
    • Check flange bolts on both sides of motor, the bolts which fix the mesh and the support connecting bolt shouldn’t have loose phenomenon.
    • The circular vibrating screen should be maintained every half year.
      1. Clean the motor and add grease for all lubricating points.
      2. Check the abrasion condition of screen mesh, if any damage , please maintain and replace timely.
    • The circular vibrating screen should be maintained and repaired every year.
      1. Open the motor terminal box ,check the insulation between the wires and clean the dust.
      2. Add grease on all lubricating points.
      3. Check each part of the circular vibrating screen and abrasion condition of screen mesh, if any damage please maintain and replace timely.
      4. After finishing all the work, a trial run is also required.
