This printer paper making machine use K type compound press in press section. The K press consists of K pressrubber roll, K press vacuum roll and K press stone roll. Here we introduce the material and structure of K press rubber roll.

• Roll cylinder: Cast iron, wall net thickness 80mm, both ends adopts cast steel with flange spindle nose, and connect by high strength bolts.
• Cover rubber, rubber thickness 20mm, hardness 97±2°.
• Surface machine groove, with bearing and bearing house.
• Machine 1:12 taper by CNC machine, fit grinding with bearing and with hydraulic unloading oil hole.
