Machine features:

1 One minute quick order change.The whole machine adopt full electrical control,easy to operate, no training.
2 Single, double, supplement stitching are available.
3 Stitching pitch is 20-160mm, automatic caculate stitching pitch; servo motor from Taiwan to control stitching pitch.
4 Touch screen adopt Taiwan Eview brand, 5.7 inch high definition colorful display touch screen.
5 The latter department automatic counter, can design as 1-99, easy to binding.
6 Head and fork material main is exported alloy steel, made through special heat treatment process.
7 The max unfolded single sheet width is 4m, min is 1m.
8 Stitching whatever the carton have cover or not, the first stitch pitch is 20mm.
9 Adopt Germany timing belt to send the paperboard, can avoid the price scissors. Adjust feeding paperboard timing belt electrically, adjust head size electriclly to fasten change order speed.
10 Working table up and down automaticlly.

The normal package is plastic film(Size: L*W*H). If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
