2. The structural features are that Vertical type, worktable movable CNC machine center with full protection.

3. VMC1060L3 can processing flat surface, curved surface, and hole. Milling, boring, drilling and tapping all these processes can be made in one clamping and improves production efficiency and machining quality.

4. VMC1060L3 adopts NC system centralized control, 5 axis 3 linkage, AC servo drive system, gear and rack drive system and linear guide rail. It can realize the precision movement of the machine and reduces the worker labor intensity.

1. X-axis: Worktable along the base, guide horizontal motion.
X-axis Transmission system adopts AC servo motor, after the gear reducer reduce speed, drive the gear rotation. It can realize the X-axis linear movement accurately.

2. Y-axis: milling heads slide over beam, the guide rail horizontal motion.
Y-axis Transmission system adopts ac servomotor, after the gear reducer reduce speed, drive the gear rotation, It can realize the Y-axis linear movement accurately

3. Z-axis: milling ram over slide, the guide rail moves up and down.
Z-axis Transmission system adopts ac servomotor, after the gear reducer reduce speed, drive the gear rotation. It can realize the Z-axis linear movement accurately.
