Alloy625 is a nickel chromium cobalt based high-temperature resistant stainless steel with a chromium content greater than 12% and nickel content greater than 18%, which has undergone solution treatment. It is mainly used for making parts that work at high temperatures.

Mechanical properties:

Tensile strength σ B (MPa): ≥ 775; Elongation rate δ 5 (%) ≥ 40; Hardness: ≤ 200HB; Annealed or high-temperature tempered state: tensile strength( σ b) 780-790MPa, elongation( δ 5) ≥ 10; Brinell hardness (HBS1003000) (after annealing or high-temperature tempering): 330-340HB;

Corrosion resistance:

It has high corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and can resist various corrosive media and acid, alkali, and salt solutions in the ocean and chemical industry atmosphere; Good corrosion resistance in oxidizing agents such as concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and formic acid; It also has good corrosion resistance to alkali solution, most organic acids and Mineral acid.
