Product Introduction:

The vertical lathes are widely used in the manufacturing industry for producing large and heavy components. They are also known as a vertical turning center, is a machine tool used for turning and cutting metal components with high precision and efficiency.

The table adopt high precision thrust ball rolling guideway and slide guideway in 1.6 metre of diameter.
The column cross rail adopt high strengthen and high wear-resistance Grey cast iron.
Fiction pairs of guideway in horizontal and vertical direction adopt wear-resistance grey cast iron.
Ram guideway surface of rail, side head adopt middle frequency harden rolling grind finish machining.
Black chromium plane of new type for button station.
The rail head is designed with lead screw for horizontal and vertical transmission.
Pentagonal turret pinion plate index positioning with high strengthen and rigidity.
Lubrication of cross is supplied with oil by hand pump.

Features:

The rail head is equipped with a lead screw for horizontal and vertical transmission.

The pentagonal turret pinion plate ensures high strength and rigidity in index positioning.

Cross lubrication is provided with oil through a hand pump.
