1 . Descriptions:

As the material for making jacket and windbreaker, we usually want the fabric to be shape and comfortable. So many garments factory like using cotton fabric. But as we know , cotton fabric has many disadvantages like easy to wrinkle, not easy to take care of and etc. So we recommend this fabric. This cotton feel fabric is 100% polyester material. And by weaving , it gets the similar handfeel like cotton fabric. On the back , we do PU coating to get good waterproof effect and keep shape. This fabric is anti-wrinkle , easy to take care of , and is soft . Also this fabric is waterproof , windproof and cold protection. With all these features, this fabric has a wide range of uses, like many jacket and also windbreaker in outdoor activities .

3 . Advantages of Cotton Feel Polyester Fabric

1. It is not easy to wrinkle, and it is easier to smooth after wrinkles. Clothes made of pure cotton fabric tend to wrinkle easily, and our fabric has good wrinkle resistance during use.

2. It is not easy to shrink. The shrinkage rate of pure cotton clothing is 2% to 5%, and this fabric is specially processed to not easily shrink while having a cotton feel.

3. It is not easy to deform. Pure cotton clothes are easy to deform, especially summer clothes. Because the fabric is relatively thin, our fabric can maintain a good shape and not deform easily through the coating process.

4. Not afraid of acid. Pure cotton fabrics have poor acid resistance and are especially afraid of acid. When acid (such as vinegar) accidentally gets on the clothes, they should be cleaned in time to prevent acetic acid from causing fatal damage to the clothes. And this fabric is made of polyester, so it is not afraid of acid and easier to take care of.
