I. Composition and performance characteristics of the whole machine

1: the computer phase meter controls each printing unit and die cutting phase adjustment, and the operation is convenient and reliable.
2: all transmission rollers are high-quality steel, hard chrome-plated, and the surface is ground.
3: the main transmission gear adopts helical gear transmission, the material is 45 # high quality steel and nodular cast iron, carburizing and quenching ehe teeth are processed by shaving, the hardness is 50-55 °, the strength is high, and the wear resistance is stable.
4: each unit of the whole machine is electrically separated, pneumatically locked, pneumatically locked, continuous during walking bell warnings to ensure operator safety.
5: the gear is connected to each transmission shaft with a keyless connection, so that the shaft and the gear are seamlessly connected to ensure the accuracy of color registration.

A paper feed department

1) Five-row paper feeding table, 3mm iron plate, frame welded with 120mm channel steel, equipped with chain tensioner.
2) Three sections of paper feed per row.

1. printing plate roller

1) outside diameter of printing plate roll ф393mm (including plate thickness outside diameter ф405mm)
2) the printing roller is made of high-quality thick-walled seamless steel pipe, and the surface is fine-ground and hard-chrome plated.
3) balance correction, smooth operation.
4) the scroll is mounted on the plate and locked on one side, which makes the registration of the plate accurate, convenient and fast.

2. imprinting roller

1) the outer diameter of the embossing roller is φ155mm.
2) thick-walled seamless steel pipe with finely ground surface and hard chrome plating.
3) balance correction, smooth operation.
4) the adjustment range of the pressure roller is 0-11mm.

3.ink transfer anilox roller

1) the diameter of anilox roller is 198mm.
2) after the surface of the thick-walled seamless steel pipe is finely ground, the surface is ground, and the engraved texture is plated with hard chromium.
3) the halftone dots are uniform and the ink is applied evenly, which prolongs the service life of the printing plate and rubber roller.
4) the speed difference between the rubber roller and the anilox roller can be formed to allow the rubber roller to perform the ink scraping function.
5) cooperate with the air pressure type automatic lifting device of the paper feeding system (the screen roller descends and contacts the printing plate during printing.

4.ink rubber roller

1) the outer diameter of the ink uniform rubber roller is ф198 mm.
2) high-quality seamless steel tube wrapped with durable, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant rubber.
3) the rubber roller is specially ground in high and special, and the ink transfer effect is good.
4) rubber roller gap adjustment range is 0-3 mm.

5.phase adjustment mechanism

1) planetary gear structure.
2) digital display phase indication makes operation more convenient, intuitive and accurate.
3) printing phase adopts LCD screen control and electric digital 360 ° adjustment (can be adjusted during running and stopping).
4) the printing plate roller adopts electric adjustment phase. Zeroing and plate adjustment are fast, and plate adjustment accuracy is high.
each group of the whole machine and paper feeding are automatically reset to zero first, and then the phase is automatically adjusted coarsely. after the trial printing of one sheet, the digital fine adjustment is input to greatly reduce the waste of cardboard.

6.ink circulation structure (ink fountain is made of stainless steel)

1) pneumatic diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, simple operation and maintenance.
2) ink strainer to filter impurities. (Using Wuhan Yangtze River unidirectional diaphragm pump)

7.printing phase fixing device

electromagnetic brake mechanism, when the unit is separated to adjust the phase, the brake mechanism limit gear rotation.
