The fabric is one kind of super stretch soft outdoor fabric . Its content is 100%P . And its yarn count is 100D+100D*100D+100D. It belongs to super stretch breathable fabrics. It is usually used in sports wear like jacket ,shirt and hats . We do just PD finishing with it ,so this fabric is breathable and soft.

According to your requirments , we can do many processes of finishing to get different functions, just like coated , lamination ,bonding or etc.

3 . About T400 Fabric:

Due to the different microscopic morphology of the components, different shrinkage occurs after the heat treatment, so that the fibers produce strong longitudinal stresses and twists away from the longitudinal axis, so that the fibers exhibit permanent three-dimensional curl.

It can maintain curling in dyeing and finishing. This fiber has better elastic recovery than the polyester fiber in the past, avoiding the occurrence of slack, and the product also has good shape retention and wrinkle resistance.

T400 composite fiber is a new type of elastic composite fiber, which has no elasticity and has good elasticity. It solves many problems such as difficult dyeing of spandex, excessive elastic force, complicated weaving, unstable fabric size and aging of spandex during use.

T400 fibers are ideal for use in light woven fabrics and knitwear, including linings. In woven fabrics, it imparts a smoother finish and a softer feel to the fabric than the textured yarn. Its end uses include men's, women's and children's wear.
