Introduction
The test bench is mainly composed of: electric dynamometer, frequency conversion inverter system, XLP1000 control system , data acquisition system, test motor mounting bracket, installation base plate, coupling, cabinet .Including:
1. Electric dynamometer
As the loading equipment of the motor, .electric dynamometer is
mainly composed of AC motor , torque measuring device, etc. Special
AC variable frequency motor is used for electric dynamometer. The
electric dynamometer is equipped with speed and torque measuring
device, which can be used for direct torque and speed measurement.
2. Frequency conversion inverter system
The frequency conversion control system is used to control the
electric dynamometer; so that the electric dynamometer can load the
motor in the forward direction, and the motor can be dragged in the
reverse direction at the same time;
3. XLP1000 control software
The XLP1000 system of our company is used for the motor test bench;
the XLP1000 control system communicates with the variable frequency
inverter system through the CAN bus to complete the setting and
control of the working condition ; XLP1000 control system accepts
motor parameters collected by data acquisition system through RS485
serial port, at the same time, XLP1000 control system integrates
external auxiliary equipment, centralized communication and
control; The whole testing process of the motor can be
automatically controlled.
