This equipment is used for round bottled medicine, food-stuff, cosmetic, etc. packing into square box.

This machine is applicable for cylinder-shaped, tubular and dolifor products.

The product will automatically drop into box via star wheel and conveyor.

The machine is made of aluminum alloy with anode treatment. Rust proof long service life and easily clean.

1. It adopts packaging forms such as automatic feeding, box opening, boxing, box sealing, waste rejection, etc. The structure is compact and reasonable, and the operation and adjustment are simple;

6. It adopts automatic shutdown and main drive motor overload protection device if items are not in place, which is safer and more reliable;

7. According to customer requirements, a flip-up safety protective cover can be used, which is easy to operate and beautiful in appearance.

8. It can realize linkage production with equipment such as aluminum-plastic packaging machine, pillow packaging machine, three-dimensional packaging machine, bottling line, filling machine, labeling machine, inkjet printer, online weighing instrument, and other production lines;

Installing and Commission: We will install and test the machine in best working condition before shipment.

If customer requires our technician to adjusting the machine and train technician at arrival place, we will send technician there.

All our expenses including round-trip air ticket to the nearest airport, local conveyance to your factory, Lodging & Boarding expenses shall be

payable by you. In case the stay of our technician, the service charges US $ 100 per day will be charged extra.
