Automatic Hot Foiling Stamping Machine is used extensive in all kinds of packaging. It worked for all kinds of packaging paper, such as special paper, art paper, fancy paper and so on.

• A: Double channels system works for picking and laying paper, allow two colors stamping at same time, and also can do colour register track .Both flat and 3D stamping all can do with different mould.
• B :The machine with front stop, double side gauge and laser sensor for a high precision positioning,±0.02mm. Max stamping area is 720mm*460mm.
• C: The pressure is from crankshaft which driven by servo and with about 4.5Tons /square centimeter. And can be adjustable.
• D: The mismatch design for the closing table and the pressure table makes the plate transform fast and easy working time within 20 mins.
• E. Four different temperature adjustable control area easy to set for any materials' stamping needs from (60-150 degrees).
• F. Configure sensor to test feed double or no feed paper. After the stamping is completed, the paper is automatically received by machine.
• G . Using CAM feeding paper, the maximum stacking height is 350MM, and the speed is about 20--25 pcs.
• H: The belt implements variable frequency suction adjustment for different grams of paper to meet all kinds of package paper hot stamping needs, extensive used in products,such: gift boxes, wine boxes, makeup boxes, clothing boxes, jewelry box and so on. The minimum thickness is 80 grams.
