Product structure:

One Steel Wire Rubber Braided High Pressures Hydraulic Hose-This hose shall consist of an inner tube of oil resistant synthetic rubber, a single steel wire braid reinforcement, and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.

Application:
Steel wire reinforced hydraulic rubber hose is mainly used for mine hydraulic support and oil field exploitation. It is suitable
for engineering construction, lifting transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ship, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools and various industrial sectors. The system transports petroleum-based (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) liquid, water-based liquid (such as emulsion, oil-water emulsion, water), gas, etc. and liquid transmission with certain pressure and temperature use.

Working temperature: -40 ºC~+100 ºC.

1.It provides superior oil resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance by using special synthetic rubber.
2.It provides high pressure resistance and superior impulse resistance.
3.It provides superior bonding in hose internal, soft use and small deformation under pressure.

High pressure hose is made of internal rubber ,middle rubber,1 layer of wire-wood,and external rubber .

One Steel Wire Rubber Braided High Pressures Hydraulic Hose:

This hose shall consist of an inner tube of oil resistant synthetic rubber, a single steel wire braid reinforcement, and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.

Purpose: Suitable for petroleum based and water based hydraulic fluids.
Working temperature: -40 ºC~+100 ºC.

A hydraulic hose is used anywhere in a hydraulic system requiring a flexible connection between two fluid ports. A hydraulic hose is a synthetic rubber tube surrounded by some sort of flexible strength enhancing winding, such as metal or fiber, and then covered in another rubber carcass

1. The inner and outer rubber layers are made of synthetic rubber with excellent oil resistance.
2. The reinforcing layer is made of high-strength chemical fiber materials.
3. The temperature of transmission medium is - 40 -+55 ºC.
Burst pressure: more than 4 times of the working pressure.
