Product Features:


1. The punching unit is equipped with two or three sets, which can be configured with three types of punches featuring different diameters. The three sets of punching dies are positioned through numerical control to adjust the spacing. This unit is capable of punching both round holes and oval holes. Its high feeding and punching speeds enhance production efficiency; for angle steel with the specification of 50×50×4mm, the output reaches 9–10 tons per eight-hour work shift.



2. The marking unit adopts a closed structural design with superior rigidity. It is equipped with four sets of character cassettes, which are selected via program control, and the marking spacing can be set arbitrarily. Additionally, a disc-type marking method is available as an optional configuration. The disc marking system consists of 10 rows of characters and allows for automatic character selection without manual intervention, thus significantly improving marking efficiency.



3. The cutting unit employs a single-blade shearing mechanism—a structural design recognized for its robust shearing force. No waste material is generated during each cutting cycle, and the cut surface maintains exceptional neatness and smoothness. The blade housing is outfitted with an open-door structure, facilitating rapid and safe blade replacement processes.



4. The horizontal material table conveys angle steel to the rotary material rack. Powered by a motor and reducer assembly, the rotary material rack enables the stable placement of angle steel onto the feeding conveyor.


5. The workpiece is clamped and fed by the CNC feeding carriage, which delivers excellent positioning accuracy. The CNC feeding carriage is driven by a servo motor, integrated with photoelectric encoder feedback and closed-loop control capabilities.

These test specimens, sourced from the angle steel punching, cutting, and marking production line, cover the standard specifications and processing scenarios widely utilized in the angle steel tower manufacturing industry. They allow users to directly assess the equipment’s machining quality, precision performance, and craftsmanship standards.



In the construction of ultra-high voltage (UHV) transmission lines—where transmission towers are required to withstand extreme meteorological conditions and heavy-duty loads—this equipment plays a critical role in processing the angle steel components that constitute the towers’ main framework. It reliably carries out drilling and stamping operations on the angle steel used for tower bodies, cross-arms, and other key structural components. This ensures precise dimensional accuracy and strong connection performance, thereby maintaining the overall structural stability of the transmission towers.
