Wilo-Atmos GIGA-I (Cartridge)
Universal dry rotor pump for heating, air conditioning and cooling
applications in large buildings.
Wilo-Atmos GIGA-I offers a wide range of components and materials
for a wide range of applications. It can deliver a wide range of
media from -20 to +140 °C, making it particularly suitable
for air conditioning and refrigeration applications. The resulting
condensed water is discharged through a targeted outlet.
The pump is equipped with advanced pump hydraulic components and IE3/IE4 motors for reliable and energy efficient operation.
Cast parts coated with an anti-corrosion electrophoretic layer also ensure a long service life.
Dry rotor pump in series construction with flange connection
Apply:
Pump heating water (according to VDI 2035), cold water and water-ethylene glycol mixture, free of abrasive substances in heating, cold water and cooling systems.

Mechanical seals are suitable for conveying water below maximum temperature Tmax. = +140 °C. At temperature T≤ +40 °C, ethylene glycol mixtures of 20% to 40% by volume are allowed to be transported. If the volume of ethylene glycol in the water-glycol mixture is > 40% and not more than 50%, the temperature of the medium is > +40 °C and not more than +120 °C, or there is a medium other than water, other mechanical seals must be provided. When using a mixture of water and ethylene glycol, the S1 model with the appropriate mechanical seal is generally recommended |
