Introduction:

Box Positioning Machine Which Is Used To Paste The Inner Box On The Paper To Make Mobile Phone Box For Different Box Sizes focus on making gift box, shoe box, cell phone boxes, mobile phone box, perfume boxes, which is an important parts for rigid box production.

As the visual positioning has stable and high positioning accuracy than manual positioning. It has faster model changing speed than sensor positioning. The fastest setting time of visual positioning part is 7 minutes. This machine can finish box paper gluing, box positioning (means paste the inner box in the glued paper automatically, which can save a lot of time and labor cost, also improve the positioning accuracy), it is really a useful box positioning machine.

1. Pallet ascendPallet descend:Control paper feeding table updown.
2. Paper stop cylinder:Control the paper stopper cylinder to extend and retract.
3. Blow A:Control the blow A solenoid valve to open and close.
4. Blow B:Control the blow B solenoid valve to open and close.
5. Vacuum:When the vacuum pump is turned on, the suction nozzle forms a vacuum.
6. Box clamping:Control the box pressing cylinder to extend and retract to complete the box pressing process.
7. Paper press cylinder:Control the paper press cylinder to extend and retract.
