Introduction:

As the visual positioning has stable and high positioning accuracy than manual positioning. It has faster model changing speed than sensor positioning. The fastest setting time of visual positioning part is 7 minutes. This machine can finish box paper gluing, box positioning (means paste the inner box in the glued paper automatically, which can save a lot of time and labor cost, also improve the positioning accuracy), it is really a useful box positioning machine.

Main page

1. Total: the total production quantity.

2. Current production: can be reset.

3. Washing machine: click on the washing machine ,the conveyor belt will rotate slowly, conveyor belt can be clean at this time.

4. Suspended: temporarily stop equipment running , except the roller.

5. Forming machine stand-alone/online: In the stopped state, when switching to online, the gluing machine is online with the positioning machine, and the gluing machine is started by the positioning machine button. When switching to stand-alone, the pasting machine is not controlled by the positioning machine.

6. Offline/online: the manipulator switches to offline operation state/online state.

7. Box size: can set the box size.

8. Status display: display the current working status of the machine. But when some institutions are operating, the corresponding blue box position lights up.
